Deezer Flow now available on mobile homepage with a new personalised Flow which includes weekly ‘Discover’, ‘Chill’ and ‘New Releases’. Deezer is bringing personalization to the fore and has created a new home at the top of the homepage on its mobile app for its unique Deezer Flow. The new Flow also includes the debut of a smart and personal ‘New Releases’ feature.

The New Release feature is a personal mix of the newest tracks from listener’s favourite artists. Flow will suggest a selection of up to 40 tracks under New Releases based user’s ‘liked’ artists, albums, tracks and personal playlists. Along with Deezer’s signature Flow feature, music fans can swipe left to listen to personalized mixes from artists they love based on the listening tastes of each user and is updated daily.

In addition to New Releases, Deezer has updated its Discovery and Chill cards using Flow’s algorithm to help fans hear new or unheard songs, as well as tracks to unwind to. Both personalized mixes are updated weekly and based entirely on user’s listening preferences. Flow users can always add any mixes, including New Releases, Discovery or individual tracks to their personal playlists.

Stefan Tweraser, Chief Product and Growth Officer, commented, “Your first real Deezer Flow moment is a unique musical experience where the music feels just right. As you keep playing with Flow, it gets to know you better and learns what you like to hear – moving you through genres, artists and moods that you want to hear.”

He continued, “When we talk to our users, we know that people who discover Flow enjoy it for over 50 minutes each day, which really shows how powerful of an experience it is. We want to help more users have that experience and have redesigned our app to help them access Flow faster and more conveniently than before.”

Deezer’s updated Flow is available globally on iOS and desktop now and with Android rolling out during November.

Deezer connects 14 million monthly active users around the world to 56 million tracks and is available in over 180 countries worldwide. Deezer is the only music streaming service with Flow, the unique mix of all your old favourites and new recommendations in one ever-changing stream. The streaming service has good device support including smartphone, tablet, PC, laptop, home sound system, connected car or smart TV.
