Radio Sputnik is an internet radio station based in Holland broadcasting a CD Quality Lossless FLAC stream and 192kbps MP3 stream. According to their Mixcloud site “RadioSputnik.nl started somewhere in 2002 as a pirate radio station on the FM band (24/7) with a low power transmitter (10 Watts) and its main focus was to transmit underground house/club music.
