German stream manipulator shut down

German stream manipulator, Followerschmiede.de, is shut down following the granting of a court injunction to IFPI and BVMI. The injunction is part of a broader effort to prevent ‘fake streams’. Streaming grows 31.2% in Canada in 2019 with total album equivalent audio consumption increasing by 18.1% according to Nielsen.
