Spotify launches a cheaper US subscription plan which is a Premium plan less Audiobook access and will cost $1 less per month than a Premium subscription. TIDAL cuts the cost of HiRes streaming

TIDAL cuts the cost of HiRes streaming by combining its HiFi Plus and HiFi tiers into a single subscription tier called TIDAL. Available from the 10th April, the streamer is updating the pricing across all of its 61 countries giving subscribers access to the complete 110 million track catalogue.
