Spotify Premium users in US are to get Audiobook access for up to 15 hours per month as part of their subscription plan. They now join those in the UK and Australia who received this upgrade in October 2023. Radio Calico, the US based HiRes internet radio station goes global removing its geoblocking which previously restricted listening to the US only. In a recent announcement the station said, “…we now have dedicated apps in Google Play and the App Store that are capable of 48kHz / 24-bit HLS lossless streaming, in addition to our website player.
