SuperStereo Radio Chile is adopting a subscription model launching its new service on the 1st June 2025. A part of this new pricing model its HiRes streams will no longer be ‘free to air’ however it will continue to broadcast all of its channels in a free 32kbps quality. The new service will include interviews, podcasts, sections like “In Memoriam,” anniversaries, information and exclusive content. Another channel, SuperStereo 2+, will be launched in September this year and have an eclectic line-up showcasing new artists.
Membership will be $3 a month or $30 a year via PayPal.
Erick Jegó, CEO SuperStereo Network, said, “The SuperStereo team has redefined online broadcasting, and it’s time to take this next step.”
The SuperStereo Network has the following channels:
- SuperStereo 1 – Yacht Rock
- SuperStereo 1+ – Disco, Soul & Funk
- SuperStereo 2 – 50’s, 60’s and 70’s
- SuperStereo 3 – Pop & Dance 80’s, 90s
- SuperStereo 3+ – New Wave, New Romantic, Synth-Pop
- SuperStereo 4 – Ballads, 80’s, 90’s, 00’s
- SuperStereo 4+ – Ballads, Latin Pop 80’s, 90’s, 00’s
- SuperStereo 5 – Rock
- SuperStereo 6 – Instrumental Music, SQ (Quadraphonic Sound where available)
- SuperStereo 7 – Jazz
