Radio and Prime Music plays added to German charts

From the 7th December radio and Amazon Prime Music plays have been added to the official German singles charts according to BVMI, the German recorded music industry association. These have been added to the weekly charts compiled with GfK Entertainment which already record physical sales, downloads and premium music streams. German stream manipulator, Followerschmiede.de, is shut down following the granting of a court injunction to IFPI and BVMI. The injunction is part of a broader effort to prevent ‘fake streams’.
