Deezer releases Apple TV app allowing users to directly access Deezer on their Apple TV without having to AirPlay the app or website from an iPhone, iPad, or Mac. The app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store here. The Apple TV app joins its Android companion app which can be found here on the Google Play Store. Deezer is fast becoming a serious alternative to Spotify with over 120 million tracks available in lossless CD Quality FLAC. Last week it added a couples subscription for two users called Duo so that it now offer an individual, a couples, a family and a student subscription plan.

Other recent upgrades include: Shaker, an app which allows users to create the perfect mix for any mood or group and check compatibility levels, even if your friends don’t subscribe to Deezer; SongCatcher, for identifying any song playing around you (it also supports singing or humming); Lyrics feature and translated lyrics; and Flow, a feature for infinite, personalized mixes unique to Deezer.
