Tidal accepts Venmo digital payments using its iOS and Android apps for both new and existing users. Venmo is a mobile payment system owned by PayPal and currently only available to US residents. Tidal’s adoption of Venmo follows on from recent partnerships for the payment app giving support for Uber, Shopify and Hulu. New Tidal users will be able to select Venmo as a payment option when signing up to a subscription, while existing users can make the switch by visiting their account details.

How to use Venmo with Tidal

Sign-up for Tidal using Venmo (IOS & Android Only) 
1. Create your Tidal account and select plan
2. Choose Venmo as the payment method
3. Authorize and link your Venmo account
4. Start streaming!

Update your payment method to Venmo
1. Log in to my.tidal.com
2. Go to payment
3. Choose Venmo as the payment method
4. Authorize and link your Venmo account
5. Redirect back to Tidal

Tidal has recently added MQA (Master Quality Audio) to its Android app with an iOS version promised ‘soon’ and tight integration with Plex media server.
